           Healing Sessions  begin long before we actually meet . Many times , if there is great trauma, it will be hours before, or even days before our scheduled session , that I will begin to receive  information on how to best help . I will gather the items necessary and begin to prepare .   After a  long session , it requires time to recharge , clear spaces and " tools" .
